How long does Pasta House take to ship orders?
If the order is placed before 8:00 A.M. on a working day, we ship the products on the same day. After 8:00 A.M., we ship the order the next working day.
What is the shelf life of fresh pasta?
If stored in the refrigerator, it is fresh for 30 days and in the freezer for six months.

Does freezing change the product's properties and cooking time?
When frozen, the product loses up to 5% of its nutritional value. It does not affect the cooking time - still up to 2 minutes.
How is fresh pasta different from traditional pasta?
Fresh paste still needs to be fully dried. It is mixed and can, therefore, also be prepared quickly, saving time on food preparation. In addition, the composition of our fresh paste is 40% vegetables and fruits. Being fresh, it retains the nutrients contained in the vegetables.
Are the nutrients of the vegetables lost when making fresh pasta?
The short cooking time is the same as blanching vegetables. In the case of fresh pasta, the pasta will cook and the nutrients in the vegetables will remain.

Yes, it is possible to come to our production facility in Ozolniekos, Kopiela 1, where you will learn about the TRUE origin of pasta, and you will also see with your own eyes the process of making fresh pasta from A to Z.
Why is fresh pasta so expensive compared to traditional pasta?
We use fresh vegetables to make our fresh pasta. They are thoroughly washed, peeled, and then pureed (blended). The drying process of the paste is also carefully monitored to "catch" the stage of proper ripeness, preserving the valuable nutrients of the vegetables in the product and obtaining quick preparation. Compared to traditional pasta, the cooking time is 80% shorter, and fresh pasta contains more than 40% more valuable nutrients and tastes. It will spoil the whole idea of traditional pasta. The fresh pasta is juicy and filling; after eating it, there is NO feeling of heaviness, and there IS more energy for doing the day's work.
Can pasta be healthy at all?
Traditionally, pasta consists of flour and water. They are empty carbohydrates that give a quick burst of energy followed by a sharp drop in energy. Pasta House fresh pasta contains 40% live vegetables, which provide the pasta with additional vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They are a rich source of protein and fiber. So yes, pasta has become healthier now.
How to cook our pasta?
All pasta, including fresh pasta, can be prepared in boiling salt water. Half a teaspoon of salt per liter of water.
Do kids like this vegetable pasta?
From experience, we can say that 8/10 of children like fresh pasta with vegetables very much and would like to eat it every day.
How is ColorPasta different from PowerPasta?
First of all - with the composition. ColorPastas contain wheat flour and vegetables. In addition to wheat flour and vegetables, PowerPasta also contains bare-grain barley and pumpkin seed flour.
The difference also appears in the nutritional value - ColorPasta is a healthier alternative to traditional pasta in children's food (for children, precisely because of the soft texture of wheat flour). In contrast, PowerPasta has an exceptionally high content of iron, zinc, protein, and beta-glucans, which somewhat resembles whole wheat pasta in texture.
How many people can eat from one 200g packet?
In our family, two adults and one child. It always depends on the toppings. They are more filling and nutritious than traditional pasta, so we can eat less and feel better!
